I had my very 1st visit there today and unfortunately I rolled in 10 minutes before they closed. I had just got off work and I felt horrible arriving that late. Not once did they ever make me feel rushed or that I was making them stay late to help me. I was so happy when I left I called at least 3 or 4 people saying you gotta go here. But, let me back up just a bit to catch you up on the whole story.
My husband and I have an event in a few days and lots of walking is involved. I had went last week to a different local shoe store and I grabbed a pair of walking shoes I thought would be comfortable. I wore them over the weekend to break them in and realized these were a terrible fit and caused alot of foot pain.
I tried another shoe store and asked them to help me find the right shoe as I'm really struggling and need someone with experience to help me select the right type. Well they gave me a very young kid to help even though 3 other adults were there 2 of them on their phones. One adult heard him struggling to help me find the right size as he kept trying to guess. And he shouts to try another brand. I left there totally frustrated as this was a well known store in town.
So tonight as I got off work I googled best shoe store in Winchester and Soley Comfort store popped up and the 1st review was glowing on how comfortable the shoes were. I was like yes! Then I saw they closed at 6pm and here it was almost that time. But I was desperate and felt like it was my last shot. So I rushed over there and flew into the store at 5:50pm.
The 3 ladies inside were so very kind, and all 3 of them jumped into action to help me. They measured my feet the proper way and guess what, I walked out of that store with the perfect pair of boots!!!!
The customer service was hands down the absolute best!!! I highly recommend them and I will most certainly be back. If you need shoes, save the headaches I had and go straight there first
